HIKES
Newfoundland is noted for terrific hiking, and Trinity Bight (particularly the Skerwink Trail) is one of the top ten hiking destinations in all of North America.
Skerwink Tril is located just across Trinity Harbour from us! Aside from it being a great hike, it is a magnificent landscape to view from our deck, day or night!
The trailhead for Fox Island Hike is located in the village of Champney’s W, just north on #230, exit the highway at Champney’s, connecting Fox Island by an isthmus.
Horse Chops Trailhead is situated at the far side of English Harbour. Foxes, whales, & eagles can be seen on the land, sea and sky as one hikes the blustery trail.
Rising Tide Theatre has five or six plays they run in summer season. In addition, every Wed. and Sat. at 2pm, they reenact the Town’s history in the “Trinity Pageant.
