The HOUSE POLICIES, which are strictly enforced, are NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING, and NO BBQ’ing.

Guests who are in BREACH of ANY of these Policies, it will be asked to leave immediately, with NO REFUND of FEES OR DAMAGE DEPOSITS.

The RESERVATION is CONFIRMED upon payment by the Guest of the BOOKING DEPOSIT. This Deposit is 20% of the Total Cost and will hold the Guest’s requested dates for their stay with us.

The remaining BALANCE OWING (80% of the Total Cost) is to be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to their arrival date.

If you are going to arrive after 7pm, please advise our manager, Alma. Guests will be provided contact details after booking confirmation.

Please remove outdoor footwear to avoid damaging the floors with bits of grit and gravel being ground into the floors.

Please close all the windows when leaving the house on an excursion; storms can blow in suddenly and the rain blowing in through open windows will ruin the wooden frames and sills.

Renter waives any responsibility of owner or employees or any descendants of either, if an accident occurs to any of the guests on the property while staying at Commander’s Keep Vacation Home on the property.

Your Commitment and Payment for your upcoming rental and accommodation, we treat the Commitment and Payment as we shall recognise to be as good as a signature, you having reviewed the RULES, POLICIES and RATES as described.
